The Millennial Generation
The Millennial Generation must be accepted as the other generations are not getting any younger and in fact they are getting older and soon all of them will retire. So the companies now must adjust the difference from the other generations from the Millennial Generation because both of them are needed in order to have a successful organization. From what I see Millennials want a bigger role in the organization in which they want to participate with the goals that are set by the company. But the big problem is this generation doesn't have the right characteristics to do so. Also the new generation has fully embraced the advantage of having technology from emails to smartphones in which if it can be done through email there is no need for you to see each other not even once.
