The Millennial Generation


   The Millennial Generation must be accepted as the other generations are not getting any younger and in fact they are getting older and soon all of them will retire. So the companies now must adjust the difference from the other generations from the Millennial Generation because both of them are needed in order to have a successful organization.

   From what I see Millennials want a bigger role in the organization in which they want to participate with the goals that are set by the company. But the big problem is this generation doesn't have the right characteristics to do so. Also the new generation has fully embraced the advantage of having technology from emails to smartphones in which if it can be done through email there is no need for you to see each other not even once. This can be a problem to some but organizations must also take advantage of technology. From what I see Millennials always wants to be on top or be promoted but the problem is they often resign and hope to land a bigger job elsewhere which makes their goal harder as loyalty is one of the greatest factors if you want to be promoted.

   The articles really help me a lot as an individual I myself want a higher position in a company because I want to earn a higher salary in order for me to have a good life. The articles have thought me about the good characteristics I need in order to be promoted. Also the articles have given me a brief understanding on what the majority of this generation has, it give me way to understand my generation more. It also help me to be one of those Millennial who are willing to learn more in order for me to have a huge role in the organization.
