          The business world although not always related to anything bad does not necessarily mean that it is clean, it has consumed people into the darkness in which they are tempted with everything from taking advantage of their office mates to evading taxes. Surely it will be a hard fought battle between you and the temptations around it. With nothing for you to set a standard with you will feel helpless in your fight against it that is why there is a code of ethics in which will serve as a guide when you start working or having the chance to run your own business. With this code you will know what is morale and what is not as it simply states on how a business leader should act.

          A business leader in order to have the right action in every decision making should have time to reflect on how it will affect everything from inside the business and outside of it. With you reflecting every possible action you will make you will know what kind of advantages and disadvantages you will get. Without having time to reflect on your purpose you will get lost easily as it can blur out your decision making on doing what is right and what is wrong. He/She are called a business leaders because they are the ones who knows the code well and at the same time can lead the organization towards the goal carrying their morals with them.

          A leader who has an integrity is a man who can both admit his rights and wrongs in which simply can make their interactions a lot better. A honest man admitting his/her wrong is always better than a leader who always cloud the truth with lies. A business leader always need to carry his/her Ethics with them as it is not only good for them but also for the whole organization even what's outside of it will be affected.
