1st Activity : Myers-Briggs Type Indicator



         Seeing the results of my Myers-Briggs Type Indicator I say that it is accurate on describing me as a person. I agree to all the points they have defined what my characteristics are. Also the careers projected based on my test results are accurate, one of the careers paths recommended to me was "Investor" in which I had fun seeing because even as of now I am investing in the stock market even if I am still studying in college.

          This kind of test will help me become a great business leader because it describes your personality and characteristics well, by knowing it based on other methods you will know how to take advantage of them all and can be use in your business organization, their are certain personalities that are suitable for different jobs and these may describe what suites you the best. 

2nd Activity :  R-I-A-S-E-C Profile

          My highest results are Enterprising, Conventional, and Realistic in which when I think of it really fits well on becoming a good man to operate a business and calculate its own finances. Also being realistic also shows that I am not afraid to do things by myself in terms of physical force. However I got sad when I saw my score in the investigative was one of my lowest because as a Legal Management Student this is one part you want to improve on.

Job Zone One : Landscaping Worker
     This will be  my job if I don't have any preparation at all as this will give me a feel in the environment even if I am in the blazing sun. Seeing a similar job that is inline with the realistic shows that it is accurate

Job Zone Two : Forest Firefighter 
     If I have some preparation this can be my job as physical labor is not a thing for me as it shows that I am a good with my hand and has a possibility of saving the nature and possibly lives.

Job Zone Three : Hydro Electric Production Manager
     If I have medium preparation this can be my job also the results are pretty similar as managing jobs are related to the conventional skill.

Job Zone Four :  Sales Manager
     If I have High Preparation just like Job Zone Three it would be in a managing position again and being a sales manager can be suitable for my skills.

Job Zone Five : Lawyer
     This will be my job if I really prepared for my future as a Legal Management student which is my pre-law course this can help me achieve what I want.

     Surprisingly most of the jobs suggested to my test results are really interesting in which I can possibly give it a shot when I be serious on it. I can have a fulfilling career even if I entered the recommended Job in Job Zone Three but what I really want is achieving the highest which is becoming a lawyer. With my levels of Extroversion and Introversion I can say it is balance all through out because all of the 3 highest scores I have are distributed evenly.

3rd Activity :  SelfStir 360° Assessment


          Well I got surprised when I see that people have rate me higher especially my parents rating me, I never thought they think highly of me not until now. Seeing this results motivated me more, I know my strengths and weaknesses but It does not say what I am as a whole. A 360 degree assessment is really important because it shows how other people think of you especially on the areas you really need to know if they see the same thing you see at yourself when you are assessing yourself. By knowing what I am missing I can improve myself in those specific areas, and when I improve on those I can be generally improve overall.
